# DAO Governance

Robocat operates without a centralized official system or leadership and instead relies on a community organization established by its users. Players have the freedom to propose and implement strategies for their factions and decide on the use of tokens in their own treasury. 

Those with good ideas and contributions can apply for RCT rewards, providing a reliable source of income. The Robocat community embraces diversity and encourages players to actively participate in governance by pledging tokens to become managers. 

Only token holders can participate in voting, and the number of votes determines each faction's manager. If a manager's behavior doesn't align with the majority's needs, they may lose their status. All RCT holders contribute to rebuilding and enhancing Robocat, creating an outstanding gaming experience for everyone.
